Communicators who are early on in their careers are being faced with an uncertain, rapidly changing landscape, while their leaders are being asked to equip them with the skills necessary in order to meet that dynamic future.

From a leadership perspective, this can be challenging, firstly due to differences in communication styles from one generation to the next, but also in ethical priorities, as well. So how can communications leaders best support and help develop those who are earlier on in their careers?

In her work at the Plank Center, Dr. Gower is researching the leadership gaps that communicators who are earlier in their careers need to fill in order to rise, and how that those qualities have changed. She is also researching how their leaders can best meet them there.

We welcome CCOs, VPs, and Directors of Communications to request an invitation to join this roundtable discussion.

Upon qualification, you will receive a follow up email from a member of our team confirming your participation.
